At Timex EU, we want you to be completely satisfied with your timepiece. If you are not happy with your purchase, you can return your unworn watch in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the watch securely in its original presentation box and include all manuals and warranty cards to ensure a smooth processing experience.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and affix it to the outside of your package, ensuring any old shipping labels are covered.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated courier service and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days of receipt at our warehouse.
